These terms cover your use of IPDigi. They're written in plain English because legalese helps nobody.

1. What IPDigi is

IPDigi is a media player. You bring your own IPTV source. We don't sell, host or distribute streaming content of any kind.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality of the sources you load into IPDigi. You confirm you have the right to access whatever content you stream. Use IPDigi for content you can legally view in your country.

3. License

When you buy a plan, you receive a personal license to use IPDigi on the number of devices included in your plan. Don't share your license outside your household.

4. Refunds

30-day refund window from purchase date. Email billing@ipdigi.com. We refund without asking why.

5. Termination

We can suspend a license that's clearly being shared across unrelated accounts. We notify you first. You can cancel anytime from the account page.

6. Liability

IPDigi is provided as-is. We're not liable for what you watch through it or for downtime on third-party services we don't control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts.
