Does IPDigi include channels or content?
No. IPDigi is a player. You bring your own Xtream Codes credentials, M3U playlist or direct stream URL. We never sell or host content.
Which devices can I use one license on?
During the public beta, every feature is unlocked on every device you install IPDigi on.
Will my data leave my device?
Your playlists, watch history and favorites never leave your device. We do not collect, store or sell your viewing data.
What's included in the 7-day free trial?
Every Pro feature is unlocked during public beta.
How does the refund policy work?
If you're not happy within 30 days of buying any paid plan, email us at billing@ipdigi.com. We refund without asking why.
Can I use IPDigi on my Smart TV?
Smart TV apps for Tizen and webOS are on our roadmap for 2026. Today you can use IPDigi on Android TV and Fire TV via the Android build.
Do you support EPG and catch-up TV?
Yes. We support XMLTV EPG sources and catch-up TV from Xtream Codes providers. Recording lands with the Pro Yearly plan and above.
What if my source stops working?
That's a question for your IPTV provider. IPDigi is the player. If our app has a bug, we fix it. If your stream changes, your provider handles it.
